Basic Package - 12 weeks

As a Sports Nutritionist, I also support high-performing athletes and weekend warriors with energy balance, macronutrients, micronutrients, nutrient timing, and supplementation.

  • 12x 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Calorie intake & macro guidance
  • Basic dietary assessment & meal plan recommendations
  • Basic supplementation assessment & recommendations
  • Refuelling strategies
  • Access to stress management library
  • Customised workouts
  • Goal setting & accountability
Clinical Nutrition Package - 8 weeks

As a student of clinical nutrition under supervision by Dr. Cliff Harvey I am able to take on more complex cases in certain areas.

  • 8x 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Energy availability assessment
  • In-depth dietary assessment & meal plan recommendations
  • In-depth supplementation assessment & recommendations
  • Basic blood panel review
  • Referral for further testing if necessary
  • Customised wellness plan with recommendations for sleep, hydration, movement and sunlight exposure
  • Access to stress management library
  • Customised workouts to match your capacity
  • Goal setting & accountability
