My wellness plans are unique to each client depending on their needs, education, and experience. Read on to discover my areas of expertise. If there is something else you need, I am open to learning more in order to support you, or helping you find a more appropriate practitioner with that experience.
I focus on bringing in nutrient dense-foods you’re comfortable with to meet your goals, I will never tell you what you shouldn’t eat, only encourage to shift your focus at a pace you can handle.

I use S.M.A.R.T goals to help clients achieve results they decide on. We work together over time to uncover your values, why you want to improve your health, what you really want out of life.
As a Sports Nutritionist, I also support high-performing athletes and weekend warriors with energy balance, macronutrients, micronutrients, nutrient timing, and supplementation.
